Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty in Manchester
Precision filler technique to straighten the nasal bridge, refine the tip, and improve profile harmony, without surgery, general anaesthesia, or weeks of recovery.
All treatments at Revitalised Aesthetics are carried out by Le Xu, a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. Every booking begins with a 45-minute consultation to assess suitability, discuss contraindications, and obtain informed consent. Outcomes vary; no results are guaranteed.
A 45-minute private consultation precedes every booking. We assess suitability, map the face, and agree a written plan before any treatment is confirmed.
Most clients return to normal activity the same day. Any localised swelling or redness typically settles within 24–72 hours.
A review is offered at the clinically appropriate interval for each protocol, with photographs taken under standardised lighting to document progress.
What clients typically ask.
Answers below are summaries of widely accepted clinical practice. Your specific plan is always confirmed in consultation.
What is non-surgical rhinoplasty?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler placed at precise points along the nasal bridge and tip to create the optical illusion of a straighter, more refined nose. It works by adding or redistributing volume rather than removing tissue.
What changes can it make?
It can straighten a mild to moderate dorsal hump by filling the areas above and below it so the bridge reads as continuous; refine the tip by adding definition; improve symmetry; and improve the side profile by projecting the bridge or tip relative to the face.
What are the limits?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot make a nose smaller, cannot address functional concerns such as breathing difficulties, and cannot correct severe deviation or significant structural issues. It is also not appropriate over a nose with previous surgical work without careful assessment.
Why is the nose considered a high-risk area?
The nose has a relatively complex and variable blood supply, and the nasal tip artery is at particular risk in certain treatment approaches. Vascular occlusion in this area can, in serious cases, lead to skin necrosis. Hyaluronidase must be on site and the clinician must have specific training in nasal anatomy and occlusion management.
How long do results last?
Most clients see results lasting 9 to 14 months. The nose moves less than the lips, so product tends to persist longer. A small top-up before complete dissolution produces the most natural long-term result.
