Chin Filler in Manchester
Structural filler to project, lengthen, or define the chin, improving profile balance and the chin-to-neck transition without implants or surgery.
All treatments at Revitalised Aesthetics are carried out by Le Xu, a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber. Every booking begins with a 45-minute consultation to assess suitability, discuss contraindications, and obtain informed consent. Outcomes vary; no results are guaranteed.
A 45-minute private consultation precedes every booking. We assess suitability, map the face, and agree a written plan before any treatment is confirmed.
Most clients return to normal activity the same day. Any localised swelling or redness typically settles within 24–72 hours.
A review is offered at the clinically appropriate interval for each protocol, with photographs taken under standardised lighting to document progress.
What clients typically ask.
Answers below are summaries of widely accepted clinical practice. Your specific plan is always confirmed in consultation.
What does chin filler involve?
Chin filler uses a dense, firm-grade hyaluronic acid gel placed at the bony chin point and base of the chin to add projection, improve the side profile, and define the mentocervical angle, the line between chin and neck. Placement is typically at the periosteal level using a cannula or needle.
What concerns does it address?
Chin filler is used to improve a recessive chin, to add length or width to a shorter chin, to reduce the appearance of a deep mentolabial crease, and to refine definition between chin and neck.
How long do results last?
The chin moves less than the lips or cheeks, so dense structural products placed here tend to last 18 to 24 months. A review at 6 months is recommended to assess how the product has integrated.
Will it look natural?
When planned correctly, yes. Chin projection is assessed in relation to the nose, lips, and jawline using frontal and profile photography. The aim is proportional improvement, not a dramatically different face.
What is the downtime?
Expect swelling and some bruising for 5 to 7 days. The chin area often has less bruising than the lips or under-eye. Final shape is visible at 2 to 3 weeks once all swelling has resolved.
